A coffee to start, and a second to taste pistachio. A charming place in all its ambiance, exquisite flavor in every dish and a different aroma in every coffee I tasted (Pistachio Latte & a Pink Latte). In a single word, Pistachio Cafe is "Fascinating."
The environment the owners have created is one of a kind in New Haven. Great coffee, food/pastries, music is always nice. Though, best thing is the barista/server team they have cultivated. Shout out Jozzy, Estelle and Jarlenys for always being so helpful, friendly and making great lattes.
Superb ambiance to this restaurant. We came for brunch and had an amazing experience. Ample seating space for all group sizes. Love the decor! The music was also relaxing and relatively quiet. We ordered waffles, hummus, and zatar fries. The food was delicious!! The fries were crispy and flavorful, the hummus was creamy and savory. The waffles were crispy, sweet, and super filling. Service was great and serving sizes were generous.
